It is located in the village of Relleu, a typical Spanish pueblo nestled in the foothills of the Sierra l’Aguilar.

The urbanization is situated at the center of Relleu to the front and gives a magnificent view of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Relleu is a small quiet village in the mountains of northwestern Alicante. It offers a peaceful environment where you have the Mediterranean sunshine and fresh mountain air absorbs. In the summer it is considerably less hot than on the coast.

Surrounded by almond orchards and olive groves, the village is steeped in history, originally formed around an ancient Moorish castle.

Ca. 60 km from Alicante airport, 25 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Blanca (Benidorm and Villajoyosa) and 20 minutes from the nearest big shopping mall Finestrat where you’ll find all imaginable shops.

This house is type ‘A’.

Constructed with wall insulation and with a combination of a modern and creative design, along with quality materials and is located in the safe environment of its own grounds with landscaped common areas, including a communal pool.

On this small and cozy complex are a total of 37 houses.

This house has a in summer 2018 serviced air conditioning system installed, (hot and cold)

At the moment this garage is sealed of with insulation inside on the garage door and covered with plasterboard. Thus now it is a storageroom.
