What does CheckPablo do?

CheckPablo makes the search for a (second) home in Spain as easy and clear as possible. Through CheckPablo you’ll always find all the properties from the brokers/agencies carefully selected by CheckPablo.

You can always get in touch with CheckPablo at info@checkpablo.com.

We take every complaint seriously and will help you as much as we can. With compliments we are always very happy.

Personal account

How do I create an account?

Creating a CheckPablo account is very easy:

  1. Click at the top right on 'Sign Up’
  2. Enter your personal data
  3. Click 'Sign Up'
  4. In your mailbox click the activation link you received from us. Your account is activated and you can login straight away
  5. With your account you can then save properties as favorites to see them again another time
How do I change my personal data?

Your can easily customize your (user) name, email address, password and profile picture in your account:

  1. Click on the 'Sign in' button in the top right of the website
  2. Log in with your username and password
  3. Click right at the top on your name, then click Account settings
  4. After changing your settings, click on "Update Profile". Your new personal data have been saved
I get the message 'Invalid username and / or password’

This means that we don’t recognize the username / password you entered.

  1. Do you already have an account and are you sure you have entered correctly your username? Click on ‘forgot password?’
  2. Enter your email address
  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  4. After changing your settings, click on "Update Profile". Your new personal data have been saved

Do you not have an account yet? Create one:

  1. Click on the 'Sign up' button in the top right of the website
  2. Enter your details and sign up using the form
  3. Click the activation link you received from us in your mailbox. Your account is activated and you can login directly.
  4. With your account you can then save properties as favorites to see them again another time
I forgot my password of my account

Request a new password:

  1. Click on the 'Sign up' button in the top right of the website
  2. Click on ‘forgot password?’
  3. Fill in your email address
  4. You will receive an email with a link in it to reset password
  5. You can now ‘Sign in’ by using your new password
How do I save a property as favorite?

You can easily mark a property as a favorite. All favorite properties can be found in ‘My Favorites’ If you wish,you can also, once signed in, remove them from the list:

  1. Click the heart icon on the property page
  2. The property will be added to your 'My favourites' list
How can I write a review?

You can write a review about any broker/agency you have been in contact with.

  1. Click at the selected property on the picture / logo of the broker/agency
  2. Click at the brokers/agency page below the photo on 'write a review'
  3. Write a review in the text field and indicate by clicking on the specific star the general impression about this broker/agency. The higher the number of stars (up to 5) the higher the rating
  4. Click the 'publicate review' button

Security & privacy

What does Check Pablo do with my personal data?

We believe the security of your data is very important, we treat it with care and store your data securely. We absolutely do not sell your data to external parties.

What should I do if I think someone else has access to my account?

In case of abuse you can change immediately your (user) name, email address, password and profile picture:

  1. Click on the 'Sign in' button in the top right of the website
