It consists of a fanega (6,255 m²) of land that largely consists of an orchard including the following fruit trees: orange, lemon, pear, apple, plum, walnut, almond and 25 olive trees. In spring the area fills with the perfume of orange blossom, hence the name of this farm: Huerta del Azahar. The domain is bordered on one side by the river Bocaleones, making this land very fertile soil. Apart from the fruit trees, there is a plain area that is excellent for a good vegetable garden. There is a water reservoir that is shared by three properties and provides an abundance of water for irrigation of the orchard and vegetable garden throughout the summer. An important detail is that all cultivation is organic. In the summer the river turns into a natural swimming pool, by creating a small dam. The house was completely renovated in 2006. The authentic spirit of an Andalusian country house has been preserved while working with top quality materials. The floor is from terra cotta. The kitchen is rustic with breakfast bar and at the same time very practical. The entrance door is made of solid wood and the windows are made of aluminium with shutters and double glazing. A fireplace warms the whole house in a very pleasant way and makes the living room the favourite corner of everyone during the winter days. The ground floor is an open space consisting of a kitchen, living room, dining room and toilet. We shouldn?â¬?t forget the most important space in the summer: the veranda in the front under a tiled roof and under some lovely old vines with its barbecue and views of the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Behind the house there is a porch that looks out on the northwest and offers us a cooler place in the shade in summer. The first floor consists of 3 beautiful rooms and a bathroom with bath. The house has normal electricity and water from a well.
